If you missed the April 30, 2014 Broker Renewal deadline – you must still complete your education CE requirements and send in your renewal form to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). IAR is here to help. Visit the Illinois Association of REALTORS® (IAR) website and the IAR REALTOR® Store for state-approved real estate post licensing and continuing education courses.
Remember if you did not complete your Broker Renewal requirements and/or did not send in your renewal application to IDFPR, your license will go in non-renewed status until you send in your renewal application. You must know that you will not be able to practice until your education and your renewal is complete.
