Brokers who were licensed between Aug. 9, 2019 and Nov. 1, 2019 have a new, live-instruction option for meeting their license renewal requirements: Illinois REALTORS® six-part live webinar package led by Lynn Madison.

- Thursday & Friday, August 20 & 21, 2020
- Wednesday & Thursday, August 26 & 27, 2020
Registration closes Friday, August 14 at 4:00 p.m. and attendance is limited, so it is important to register early.
These webinar sessions cannot be purchased separately, and participants must attend all six sessions. Illinois REALTORS® will move participants from the interactive sessions to the online, self-study courses should any of the scheduled days be missed. The webinar series fulfills 45 hours of post-license education and 1 hour of sexual harassment prevention training.
Brokers licensed between August 9, 2019 and November 1, 2019 must complete the new 45-hour course curriculum, including 1 hour of sexual harassment prevention training, and submit their license renewal application and fee to IDFPR on or before September 30, 2020.
Brokers who were licensed after November 1, 2019 may also take this webinar series to meet requirements for their 2022 license renewal.
