State Rep. Mike Unes and State Sen. Chuck Weaver will appear at the Illinois REALTORS® Public Policy Meetings next week in East Peoria.

State Rep. Mike Unes

Unes will greet REALTORS® at the beginning of the REALTORS® Political Involvement Committee session on Tuesday morning. He represents voters in the 91^st House District in East Peoria. Yesterday, he was appointed to serve as the assistant minority leader for the 100^th General Assembly. Unes is beginning his fourth term for the 91^st district, representing parts of Tazewell, Fulton and Peoria counties. He is a Republican.

State Sen. Chuck Weaver

Weaver will speak Wednesday during the RPAC Major Investor VIP Event with Coffee.  He represents the 37^th State Senate District. In October 2015 and was appointed to the position to replace Darin LaHood. Last November, Weaver ran unopposed and won. He is a businessman and a farmer, and he has experience on the Peoria City Council.

As senator, Weaver represents constituents in 10 counties, including: Bureau, Henry, Knox, LaSalle, Lee, Marshall, Mercer, Peoria, Stark and Woodford.
