The Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals (ICAP) is offering a one-day seminar which has been approved for 7 hours of Appraiser CE in Illinois and Missouri and is also relevant for REALTORS®.
Sessions are being held in southern, central and northern Illinois in June, July and August. The appraisal topics presented in these sessions are relevant for REALTORS® as well as appraisers.Speakers will cover FNMA and appraisal review, regression analysis used for adjusting comps, USDA residential lending program, market overview and an update on compliance and communications issues for appraisals.
