This annual award recognizes members who have done exceptional work to advance their association and the real estate industry.

Duff is the Capital Area REALTORS® ROTY and is a broker for RE/MAX Professionals in Springfield. The former Capital Area president has demonstrated her commitment to helping fellow REALTORS® by serving on numerous local, state and national REALTOR® association committees, including multiple terms on the Illinois REALTORS® Conference & Expo Working Group and the Illinois REALTORS® Plaza Committee.

Greenwalt is the Illini Valley Association of REALTORS® ROTY and a broker with Janko Realty & Development in Tonica. Known for her dedication to community development, she twice served as Illini Valley president and led as its CEO. She graduated from the Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Program and gave her time and energy to multiple state committees, including the 2025 Board of Directors, the Illinois REEF Board of Directors and RPAC. She is the State Legislative Contact for state Sen. Sue Rezin of Morris.

Williams is the NorthWest Illinois Alliance of REALTORS® ROTY and a broker for Gambino Realtors in Rockford. She is the association’s president-elect and serves on its MLS, RPAC, Education and Forms & Contracts committees. Williams is a past president of the Rockford Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) Chapter and generously volunteers for the local Family Counseling Services organization.

Local association ROTYs and Gobber, the managing broker and partner of Century 21 Circle in Westchester, will be honored during the banquet at the President Abraham Lincoln DoubleTree Hotel. The reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by the dinner and program at 6:30 p.m.
