Illinois REALTORS® 2025 President Tommy Choi awarded Presidential Medallions to REALTORS® Ezekiel "Zeke" Morris and Michael Gobber and the association's Senior Vice President of Governmental Affairs Greg St. Aubin at the REignite Fall Conference in Lombard.
Outgoing presidents annually award the medallions to people who make significant contributions to the association and the industry. All three of those honored this year have dedicated years of service to Illinois REALTORS® and real estate.
Chicago area REALTOR® Ezekiel "Zeke" Morris of EXIT Strategy Realty/EMA Management was honored for his role as 2025 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) REALTOR® Party Director.
Westchester REALTOR® Michael Gobber of Century Circle 21 received a medallion for serving as the 2025 NAR Region 7 Regional Vice President.
Illinois REALTORS® Senior Vice President of Governmental Affairs Greg St. Aubin who is retiring after 38 of advocating for REALTORS® and the industry.

Ezekiel "Zeke" Morris
Ezekiel "Zeke Morris, designated managing broker of EXIT Strategy Realty/EMA Management on the South Side of Chicago, is the 2025 NAR REALTOR® Party Director. In that role, Morris has overseen and facilitated the REALTOR® Part's core initiatives: Vote, Act and Invest.
A longtime advocate for REALTOR® political engagement, Morris has been a strong voice for protecting private property rights and advancing the real estate industry. He was inducted into the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Hall of Fame in 2017 in recognition of his commitment. He is a past president of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, served as president of Illinois REALTORS® in 2022, and was named Illinois REALTOR® of the Year in 2023.
Michael Gobber
Michael Gobber, designated managing broker-partner of Century 21 Circle in Westchester, is the 2025 NAR Region 7 Regional Vice President (RVP). As one of 13 RVPs around the country, Gobber has represented Region 7, which includes Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
He served as the 2023 Illinois REALTORS® President and has been active in all levels of the REALTOR® association. At the local level, he is a member of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® and led the local association as its president in 2019. He was named Illinois REALTOR® of the Year in 2025.
Greg St. Aubin
Since joining Illinois REALTORS®' lobbying team in 1987, Senior Vice President of Governmental Affairs Greg St. Aubin has been a respected, effective voice at the State Capitol and has fiercely protected Illinois property owners and real estate professionals. He will retire at the end of 2025.
Over the course of a career that has spanned seven governors and numerous legislative leaders and caucuses, St. Aubin has spearheaded campaigns that protected homeowners and real estate professionals from onerous legislation—including securing the passage of a preemptions on rent control, defeating franchise taxes on real estate transactions, and home rule measures that would exclude taxpayers input on real estate tax hikes. He has also played a pivotal role in modernizing state ethics requirements for REALTORS® and improving statewide licensing laws.
