To satisfy IDFPR’s requirements for broker license renewal in 2020, Illinois brokers who were licensed prior to February 1, 2018 must complete 12 hours of continuing education which includes Core and Elective CE and Sexual Harassment Prevention training.
Illinois REALTORS® Licensing & Training Center’s 12-hour CE Package with Intro to Commercial Real Estate contains Illinois Core CE (COR 1901), Ethics in Real Estate (ETH 1535) which satisfies NAR’s Ethics requirement), Sexual Harassment Prevention and Safety (RD 981), and an Elective CE course (411 on Commercial Real Estate – COM 1003).
Any Illinois broker (residential or commercial brokerage) may register for the 12-hour Commercial CE package for just $89. Future 12-hour packages will include different elective CE (Farm Brokerage CE, Appraisal, or Property Tax).
