Course Description
Lack of disclosure can lead to many violations for licensees and for housing providers. This refresher course addresses disclosure issues from the Real Estate License Act, including Agency, Dual Agency, Property disclosures and licensee status. Also discussed are environmental disclosures including lead-based paint, radon and mold. The Residential Real Property Disclosure Act reminders and latent and material defect issues must be adhered to.
