The Real Estate Industry is being challenged with numerous lawsuits.  Consumers are questioning our value.  This course focuses on “Rebooting” strategies when representing residential sellers, redrafting our conversations with our clients, being more transparent on Why, How and What we do, and in general raise the bar on client service.
