Course Description
A discussion of the most current hot legal topics.  Today, those include fair housing, listing agreements in relation to divorce proceedings, the Illinois Residential Real Property Act, artificial intelligence, and advertising. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES: 

• Provide members with a snapshot of current legal issues in the industry and suggest best practices to address the same. 
• Advise members how to identify potential problems when dealing with clients and prepare for a successful real estate transaction.
