Course Description
This program covers the highlights of new additions to the License Act as well as important reminders of the scope of the leasing license and disciplinary actions if a licensee violates the provisions. Agency relationships and agreements are reviewed and Landlord Tenant laws are explained. How licensees interact with prospective tenants and existing residents is vital in complying with fair housing laws. The course also includes one hour of mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention training.
