15-Hour Broker Post-License Applied Brokerage Principles (1 of 3 new, mandatory 15-hour post-license courses)
Classes are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

These courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle who were issued a license number on or after November 1, 2021.

You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exam for this course.

***Final exam details will be provided during the VIRTUAL class. All 45-hour post-license course exams for VIRTUAL classes will be done online through Illinois REALTORS®.***

This course combined with the 15-hour Risk Management/Discipline & 15-hour Transactional Issues courses will satisfy the 45-hour post-license education requirements for license renewal.
