IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Real estate entity license renewals were due to IDFPR by Oct. 31, 2024. To submit a late renewal visit the DFPR Renewal Webpage or email the Real Estate Division at [email protected] for additional information. Late renewals are subject to a $50 late fee.
A real estate entity operating under a non-renewed license could face additional penalties (fines and/or a license disciplinary action). To check a real estate entity license expiration date and print a renewed license visit IDFPR’s Get My License page.

- Real Estate Branch Office
- Real Estate Broker Corporation
- Real Estate Broker Partnership
- Real Estate Limited Liability Firm
- Real Estate Virtual Office
