Eight members of the REALTOR® Association of Northwestern Illinois (RANWIL) split time in Freeport last Friday, participating in REALTOR® Ring Day and helping the Salvation Army gather money to serve the less fortunate living in the area.

REALTORS® Lynn Epping, Tim Davenport, Faye Heilman, Joan Welt, Gerry Meier, Karen Senior, Ann Haag and Judy Haynor took turns ringing a bell next to a Salvation Army red kettle outside a Cub Foods grocery store from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. They were joined by Bonnie Genussa, office manager for Christensen Hometown Realty in Freeport.

RANWIL leaders are CEO Ginger Sreenan, President Ann Haag of Key Realty in Freeport, President-elect Jacqueline Debes of RE/MAX Prime Properties in Galena, Treasurer Ashley Heilman of Welcome Home NW Illinois, Inc., in Lena, Secretary Josh Longamore of Choice Realty of Galena in Freeport and Immediate Past President Sue Altensey of Keller Williams Realty Signature in Freeport. RANWIL serves 138 members.
