NAR’s Board of Directors has sanctioned some high-profile changes in the way Realtor.com® will be able to operate.

The site will now be able to display unlisted new homes and new home communities, display rentals and obtain listings from non-REALTORS®. The move is seen as allowing the site to better compete with other real estate listing providers.
