On Monday the National Association of REALTORS® announced that it was seeking assistance from the organization’s nearly one million members.
Now, NAR’s charitable foundation has awarded a $75,000 matching grant to help those affected by the November tornado outbreak. The Illinois Association of REALTORS® and other local boards have met the challenge, meaning that $150,000 will go toward disaster recovery.
In all, the total raised in less than a week by REALTORS® is more than $190,000.

And the REALTORS® Relief Foundation continues to accept money which can be used for housing-related costs facing those who have been displaced or face other challenges.
