IAR REALTOR® of the Year Loretta Alonzo and 26 local association winners will be the guests of honor at the 34^th Annual ROTY Banquet Tuesday in Springfield.

The reception begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum, followed by dinner at 7:15 p.m.

Among those being honored are:

Georgia Pierini of Baird & Warner in Winnetka is the ROTY for the North Shore-Barrington Association of REALTORS®. Pierini was president of the local association, president of the local WCR chapter and a member of several local and state committees. She is a pre-license and continuing education instructor.

Brian Dolan of Dolan and Murphy Inc., in Aurora is the ROTY for the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS®. Dolan serves on the local association’s board of directors, as well as many local and state committees. He is an active member in the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers and the Montgomery Economic Development Corporation.

Catherine Simon-Vobornik of Baird & Warner Inc., in Oak Park is the ROTY for the Oak Park Area Association of REALTORS®. Simon-Vobornik is on the local board of directors and several local committees. She is active with the Oak Park and River Forest Food Pantry.

Mary Ann Ladendorf of Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell in Pekin is the ROTY for the Peoria Area Association of REALTORS®. Ladendorf is on the local association’s board of directors and is the MLS committee chair. She volunteers with her local YWCA, Pekin Chamber of Commerce, and has held advisory positions on various banking boards.

Dave Maubach of Mel Foster Co., in Bettendorf, Iowa is the ROTY for the Quad City Area REALTOR® Association. Maubach is president-elect for his local association. He goes above and beyond to serve and educate his clients and fellow REALTORS®.
