Illinois Young Professionals Network (YPN) is a vibrant organization of young REALTORS® who meet, share tips and network with other career-minded professionals to promote growth and help each other succeed in the industry. Our YPN is open to all Illinois REALTORS® who are young in the business, looking for valuable resources to stay on top of the latest trends and tools within real estate, while having fun and making lifelong connections with peers in their area.

We develop successful REALTORS® and future industry leaders through innovative programming, networking opportunities, and supporting and promoting the YPN values set out by the National Association of REALTORS®, both at the local and state level.
