Business Issues Forum

The national reckoning on the topic of racial injustice is prompting tough conversations about implicit bias and the need for greater diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry. For real change to occur, conversations must evolve into lasting actions and policies. Now is not the time to do nothing, they said. “If you are not intentionally inclusive, then you are unintentionally exclusive,” said panelist Nate K. Johnson. Watch to learn more.

MLS Forum: Emerging Issues

With more people working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important for Multiple Listing Service organizations to capture data that helps consumers look for properties that will accommodate their new lifestyles, such as home offices, home gyms and home classrooms.
