Illinois REALTORS® new Advanced Leadership Development Program – Next Level Series is designed to for members who are ready to move beyond foundational leadership training. This immersive program will equip REALTOR® leaders with the skills, confidence and perspective to make a bigger impact.
Participants will explore:
- Self-awareness and communication
- Trust and influence
- Strategic thinking
- Financial stewardship
- Crisis leadership
Members will gain a broader perspective on leadership at the local, state and national levels. The experience will include interactive learning, a two-day leadership retreat, an immersive visit to the National Association of REALTORS® headquarters in Chicago and a capstone project focused on a real opportunity or challenge within the REALTOR® community.
