A number of Illinois REALTORS® participated in the Leadership Training Academy Monday at the Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca.
It’s the first of two days of training for the 12 members of the Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Program as well as others interested in serving on committees, on a board of directors or as an officer. Participants will learn how to: create a motivational environment, maximize potential and differentiate between leadership and management.
Two successful REALTORS®, Tom Martin and Albert J. Mayer III, serve as the instructors for the training. Both have considerable experience providing practical and motivational coaching to real estate professionals.
Training continues Tuesday.
