Then the Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Training Academy is for you. This two-day interactive program, designed for those not currently in a leadership position or serving for the first time, combines the latest on leadership presented in a format that allows every participant to practice skills and learn new concepts you can actually start using right away. Created for REALTORS®, designed by REALTORS®, and taught by REALTORS® in an entertaining format.

Tom Martin entered real estate in 1968. He is a Past President of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and a recipient of their Distinguished Service Award. He is a lead coach on performance management, marketing, sales expertise, leadership training, mentoring skills, troubleshooting abilities, and creative organizational and planning capabilities.
REALTOR® Albert J. Mayer III, CRB, CRS, GRI, SRA, CRA, CCDS, PCM from Tucson, Arizona is Senior Vice-President of Real Estate Champions who provides coaching and consulting to residential and commercial real estate agents, broker/owners and managers.
