The Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Academy began training Wednesday and Thursday in Springfield with members of the 2020 and 2019 Leadership Development Programs.
Participants learn about effective leadership styles, assess their own strengths and weaknesses and participate in role-playing exercises during two days of training. The sessions were held at the President Abraham Lincoln Springfield – a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.

Also on hand were 2020 Leadership Development Working Group Chair Brandon Shaffer and 2019 Chair Bob Eby. Adorna Carroll and Bruce Aydt taught the class.
Additional training modules are scheduled for this class on: March 3-4, April 20-21 and June 23-24. A final project presentation is tentatively scheduled for Sept. 17. Learn more.
