Tracey B. Williams, ABR®, RIS, PSA, President and Managing Broker of TEAM Real Estate Services in Oak Park, is an alumnus of the Leadership Development Program. She is also 2018 President-Elect of the Women’s Council of Realtors® Chicago, 2018 Treasurer of the Women’s Council Realtors® Illinois, 2018 Secretary of the Dearborn REALTIST® Board, a member of the 2018-2019 Chicago Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and a 2018 RPAC President’s Circle Major Investor.
Williams shares her experience with the Leadership Development Program and encourages other members to apply before the Nov. 21, 2018 deadline.
“It was an honor and pleasure to participate in the 2018 Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Program,” Williams says. “This experience taught me how to corral diverse personalities, styles and opinions toward establishing a mission and purpose to achieve effective outcomes. I recently planned and facilitated a retreat as incoming President for the Women’s Council of Realtors Chicago. I recalled several elements from my training in the Leadership Development Program to achieve what turned out to be a productive, fun, memorable collaboration of thoughts, ideas and synergy toward planning the entire year for 2019.The Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Program has given me the tools to continue to be a great leader within my industry and I look forward to spreading the word about this amazing opportunity to others.”
