Illinois REALTORS® CEO Jeff Baker testified today before the Illinois Senate Executive Committee on housing access and affordability. He outlined the practical, ready-to-implement solutions to address them. For the last five years, Illinois REALTORS® has pushed for accessory dwelling unit (ADU) reforms, zoning flexibility, and smarter fees to make it easier for Illinois residents to attain the homeownership dream and to bolster the state and local economies.
