This just in: SB1655, a bill that makes clean-up changes to the Real Estate Licensure Act, passed the Illinois House Sunday, May 26, 2013.

The House was in session Sunday as the clock runs down on the 98th General Assembly.  The vote was 111 for, 0 against, according to the General Assembly’s website.

The bill now progresses to the Senate for concurrence. Lawmakers are scheduled to have until May 31, 2013 to act before the spring session ends.
