About the speakers:

Rebecca Donatelli serves on the National Association of REALTORS® YPN Advisory Board and is a founder of The Rebecca Donatelli Team with McDowell Homes Real Estate Services in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2019 she was named to REALTOR® Magazine’s 2019 class of 30 under 30. Her love for real estate is what drives her to get every deal done as smoothly as possible, while making sure her clients are enjoying the process as much as they can. She has built her brand to become recognizable on social media in the Cleveland area, and also built relationships with other successful agents around the country—many of whom have sent referral business. Sharing daily stories about her life and engaging with clients on Instagram has led to an “influencer” status over the last couple years, gaining over 14,000 followers. Within the real estate industry she has became a recognizable name, traveling to present and help other agents build their social media presence.

Mabél Guzmán is the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) vice president for association affairs, a past president for the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and REALTOR® with @properties in Chicago. Within the industry, she is respected for her professionalism, tell-it-like-it-is honesty and relationship-building. Passionate about the role of real estate in public policy, Mabél has represented over 1 million REALTORS® on the national level, testifying before U.S. House and Senate committees on issues important to the industry. She is considered to be among industry leaders who will help shape a positive future for the real estate industry. She is Illinois REALTORS® State Legislative Contact for Senator Iris Martinez of Chicago. Mabél received the 2012 REALTOR® of the Year award from the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and was the recipient of the 2012 Community Service Award by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Chicago Chapter. In addition, she has received a President’s Medallion award for outstanding service in 2014, 2015 and 2018 from Illinois REALTORS®.

Sam Powell serves as Governor for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) Illinois and is a REALTOR® with Dream Town Realty in Chicago.  Sam is passionate about making the industry better through educating consumers regardless if you work with her or not, peer to peer sharing no matter what company you work for, and through her volunteer work in her local community. She has received countless of awards in the real estate industry, most recently named to the 2019 Chicago Agent’s Who’s Who in Chicagoland Residential Real Estate. She is a past president of WCR Illinois and an active member with Chicago Association of REALTORS® and Illinois REALTORS®.

Meet our moderator:

Eddie Ruettiger is the 2020 Illinois YPN Chair, the 2020 president-elect of  Three Rivers Association of REALTORS®, and a REALTOR® with Baird & Warner in Plainfield. Eddie pride’s himself not in the monetary value of deals he completes, but rather in the number of people he is able to help and build strong lasting relationships with that go beyond business. He is an active member at the local and state levels, serving on Illinois REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, as a Leadership Development Graduate, as state legislative contact for Illinois Senator Pat McGuire, and on a number of other committees. In 2018, Eddie was named REALTOR® of the Year for Three Rivers Association of REALTORS®.
