Join us on the eve of Illinois REALTORS® Capitol Conference for Illinois Young Professionals Network’s session, “Achieving the Mythical Work-Life Balance,” featuring Amanda Lott, the National Association of REALTORS® YPN Chair.
Amanda will talk about what to do when your balance is off, what it looks like when you achieve work-life harmony and share tips and tricks from other REALTORS® around the country.
The session will also include a special RPAC presentation. As a Major Investor in RPAC and Presidents Circle member, Amanda understands the importance of politics in the real estate industry and advocates to protect private property rights in our towns, cities, states and country.

About the speaker
Amanda Lott is the 2022 National Association of REALTORS® YPN Chair, joining us from Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®. She is a second-generation REALTOR® as part of a mother-daughter team with Crye-Leike REALTORS®. Outside of selling, Amanda devotes her time to serving her association at the local, state, and national levels. In addition to serving on numerous committees locally, she is past Vice President of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®.
