Congratulations to 10 Illinois REALTOR® members who served in leadership positions for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) for the 2023 governance year.

Seven served as committee vice chairs:

• Tommy Choi, RPAC Participation Council. Choi is co-founder and owner with Weinberg Choi Residential & Keller Williams ONEChicago in Chicago.
• Joe Hanauer, Distinguished Service Award Council. Hanauer is principal of Combined Investments LLC of Laguna Beach, Calif.
• John LeTourneau, Commercial Leadership Forum. LeTourneau is the managing director of Keller Williams Infinity in Naperville.
• Nykea Pippion McGriff, Business Issues Policy Committee. Pippion McGriff is the vice president of strategic growth for Coldwell Banker Realty, Chicago City Center.
• Debbie Prodehl, Regulatory Issues Forum. Prodehl is the director of risk management for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group.
• Ayoub Rabah, Mega Board Forum. Rabah is president of the central west region of Coldwell Banker Realty, across Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, Southeast Wisconsin and Southwest Michigan.
• Pradeep Shukla, Global Alliances Advisory Board. Shukla is a managing broker with RE/MAX Renaissance in Des Plaines.

Three served as chairs:

• John Gormley, AEC-AE Institute Advisory Board. Gormley is the CEO of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.
• Jim Haisler, AEC Recommendations and Recognition Advisory Board. Haisler is the CEO of Heartland REALTOR® Organization.
• Carrie Little, Data Strategies Committee. Little is the designated managing broker-owner of CarMarc Realty Group in Warrenville.
