Thank you to eight Illinois REALTOR® members serving in leadership positions for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) for the 2025 governance year, five as committee chairs and three as committee vice chairs.
The 2025 chairs are:
- Antje Gehrken (Broker Engagement Committee) is president and designated managing broker of ARE Partners, Inc., in Chicago.
- Mabél Guzmán (Consumer Communications Committee) is a broker for Coldwell Banker Realty in Chicago.
- Matthew Persicketti (Medium Board Forum) is a broker associate at Oak Leaf Realty in Shorewood.
- Alex Ruggieri (Global Business and Alliances Committee) is a senior advisor for SVN North Star in Savoy.
- Maureen Sweeney (Real Property Valuation Committee) is a residential real estate appraiser for Maureen Sweeney, Real Estate Appraiser Ltd., in Chicago.
The vice chairs are:
- Jeff Lasky (AEC/RCE Certification Advisory Board) is CEO of the North Shore-Barrington Association of REALTORS®.
- Carrie Little (Emerging Business & Technology Forum) is designated managing broker of CarMarc Realty Group in West Chicago.
- Sarah Ware (Multicultural Partners Advisory Group) is designated managing broker of Ware Realty Group in Chicago.
