Illinois REALTORS® recognized 14 of its new members in the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Hall of Fame and celebrated new milestone levels reached by four previously inducted members Wednesday at the 2024 Capitol Conference in Springfield.

Inducted into RPAC Hall of Fame

To become Hall of Fame inductees, REALTORS® must reach an aggregate lifetime investment of at least $25,000 in RPAC. The 2023 RPAC Hall of Fame inductees are:

  • Mike Buscher, managing broker with Real Estate Group in Springfield;
  • Kristen Butcher, executive vice president Illinois REALTORS®;
  • Mike Culat, broker with Compass in Woodstock;
  • Brett Decker, sales representative with EXIT Strategy Realty in Chicago;
  • Chad Doyle, broker with RE/MAX Preferred in Swansea;
  • Linda Dressler, broker for RE/MAX Suburban in Schaumburg;
  • Antje Gehrken, president and designated managing broker of ARE Partners, Inc., in Chicago;
  • John Gormley, CEO of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®;
  • Jeff Kolbus, broker for RE/MAX Traders Unlimited in Peoria and treasurer of Illinois REALTORS®;
  • Kinga Korpacz, broker for EXIT Realty Redefined in Rolling Meadows
  • Kris Rosser Schmitt, owner and designated managing broker for KRS Realty in Collinsville;
  • Vicky Silvano, broker with Real Broker LLC in Naperville;
  • Ginger Sreenan, broker for Dickerson & Nieman in Rockford; and
  • Jen Teske, associate for RE/MAX Alliance in Collinsville.

Achieving new RPAC investment tiers

Four Illinois REALTORS® were honored for reaching an aggregate lifetime investment of $50,000:

  • Loretta Alonzo-Deubel, broker with Century 21 Circle in Westchester;
  • Sonia Anaya, broker with America Real Estate in Chicago;
  • Joe F. Hanauer, principal at Combined Investments, LLC in Laguna Beach, CA; and
  • Michael D. Oldenettel, designated managing broker of the Real Estate Group in Springfield.
