Alison Rosenow, Angela Stodden and Catherine Terpstra will be among many local Illinois association REALTORS® of the Year (ROTY) honored April 29 at the 38th Annual REALTOR® of the Year Banquet in Springfield.

Rosenow is the ROTY for the HomeTown Association of REALTORS® (HAR). She is the managing broker/owner for American Realty in Sycamore, a past president of HAR and served on HAR’s finance, events and nominating committees. She is active in the community supporting Meals on Wheels, Safe Passage, Sycamore Education Foundation, St Mary’s Catholic Church and the Kishwaukee YMCA. She’s also a member of Northern Illinois University’s Huskie Athletic Scholarship Foundation.

Stodden is the ROTY for the REALTOR® Association of Northwestern Illinois (RANWIL). She is the managing broker/owner for United Country Heartland Realty in Galena. The 2017 RANWIL president served on several state committees and is a major investor for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). She is very active in her community, serving the Historic Preservation Council, the Elks Club and many other charitable organizations.

Terpstra is the ROTY for the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®. She’s served as the local board president and on various state, local and national committees. A broker with RE/MAX All Pro in Bloomingdale, she is an RPAC major investor and was the 2016 NAR recipient of the Senior Real Estate Specialists’ (SRES) Outstanding Service Award. Terpstra signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Polish Real Estate Federation president and was invited to speak at their national convention in Poland.

All three will join Illinois REALTOR® of the Year Mike Drews of Charles B. Doss & Co. in Aurora, at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum in Springfield for this special event. A reception begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:15 p.m. Buy your tickets here.
