Kendra Mulcahy, Jude Offerle, Judy Panozzo and Monica Pizano will be among 21 local Illinois association REALTORS® of the Year (ROTYs) celebrated April 9 at the 2024 REALTOR® of the Year Banquet in Springfield. Register to attend now.

The ROTY award recognizes members who have done exceptional work to advance their association and the real estate industry.

Mulcahy is the Quad City Area REALTOR® Association (QCARA) ROTY and is a broker for Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors in Davenport, Iowa. She is described as a conscientious, self-motivated, hard worker who has built a productive business while taking on leadership roles at her brokerage and at the local board level, including QCARA president. Mulcahy shares her knowledge and enthusiasm by mentoring new agents and volunteering for community organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Handicapped Development Center, the Special Olympics of Iowa and Project Jack.

Offerele is the North Shore-Barrington Association of REALTORS® (NSBAR) ROTY and is a broker for Baird and Warner in Winnetka. The 2024 NSBAR secretary-treasurer has served on several association committees including NSBAR’s Board of Directors. Her mantra of “it’s all about the community” is shown by her involvement with the Winnetka Caucus Council, the Winnetka Historical Society and as an Illinois election judge.

Panozzo is the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® (TRAR) ROTY and is a broker for Real People Realty in Mokena. She has served on several TRAR committees and leadership positions, including 2020 president and rejoining the board for a one-year term as secretary-treasurer during a board restructure. She’s a former state legislative contact, a former RPAC ambassador and she’s served on numerous state committees since 2009. Also, she’s served multiple years on two NAR committees since 2018.

Pizano is the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of REALTORS® (KIFAR) ROTY and is a managing broker-owner for RE/MAX Prestige Homes in Kankakee. Not only is she the first Latina to own a real estate brokerage in Kankakee County, she has been recognized multiple times as one of the top 250 Latino real estate agents in the country. Pizano is a member of the KIFAR Board of Directors, has served on several of its committees and volunteers for numerous local charities.

Mulcahy, Offerele, Panozzo and Pizano will join 2024 Illinois REALTOR® of the Year Ayn Bartok, designated managing broker/owner of All in One Real Estate in Harrisburg, and 17 other local ROTYs at the President Abraham Lincoln DoubleTree Hotel for the banquet. The reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by the dinner and program at 6:30 p.m.
