REALTORS® scrutinize numerous bills introduced to General Assembly: Feb. 21 State Capitol Report

With the Illinois General Assembly considering more than 3,000 new bills as well as the reintroduction of some old bills, the focus of Illinois REALTORS® lobbyists intensifies.

The Feb. 21 edition of the Illinois State Capitol Report lists more than 15 bills that could impact the rights of private property owners, with others expected to be identified in the coming weeks.
