When confronted with danger, REALTORS® may need to use their mobile phones to summon law enforcement, fire or emergency medical personnel.

That’s why the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) suggests members prepare for these scenarios by keeping their phones fully charged as often as possible. The NAR says: “Make sure your phone is fully charged before arriving to an open house, showing or meeting a client. Carry a portable charger or power bank to charge your phone on the go.”

Check out the variety of safety resources NAR offers. In many cases, REALTORS® who plan ahead can better prepare themselves for natural disasters, internet hackers and criminals.
