Illinois real estate office license holders must renew online with IDFPR on or before Oct. 31, 2026.
Professional licenses currently in renewal include:
- Real Estate Branch Office
- Real Estate Broker Corporation
- Real Estate Broker Partnership
- Real Estate Limited Liability Firm
- Real Estate Virtual Office

Late renewals are subject to a $50 late fee. A real estate office operating under a non-renewed license could face additional penalties (fines and/or a license disciplinary action).
