- Real estate broker license fined $2,500 and required to take a class for giving a client a lockbox code to access the property without accompanying them.
- Real estate limited liability firm license suspended for a minimum period of six months and fined $2,500 for failing to provide requested documents to the Department.
- Real estate managing broker license and real estate pre-license instructor license suspended for one year and fined $1,000 for discipline on their mortgage loan originator license and license to practice law.
- Real estate broker license revoked and fined $25,000 due to failing to report prior felony convictions (including Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse/Victim Under 13 Years of Age) on their licensure application.
- Real estate broker license indefinitely suspended for a minimum period of one year and fined $10,000 for engaging in licensed real estate activities while their license was inactive, for engaging in licensed real estate activities without a sponsoring broker, aiding or abetting the unlicensed practice of another, and for failure to account for or to remit money coming into their possession that belongs to others.
- Real estate broker license fined $1,000 and ordered to complete courses for failing to meet the continuing education requirements prior to license renewal and for falsely certifying compliance on the renewal application.
- Real estate managing broker license indefinitely suspended for violating the conditions of a non-disciplinary order.
- Real estate broker license suspended for violating the terms of a consent order.
- Real estate broker license suspended for failure to file and/or pay Illinois state taxes.
- Real estate broker license suspended for being more than 30 days delinquent in the payment of child support payments.
- Real estate broker license issued on probation due to prior felony convictions.
