REALTORS® from all over the state braved the sweltering heat and humidity Sunday in Springfield for dedication of Bicentennial Plaza — a REALTOR® Community Partnership.

The University of Illinois Marching Illini Band, the Ravinia Jazz Scholar Alumni Band provided great music, while Gov. Bruce Rauner, First Lady Diana Rauner and Springfield Mayor Jim Langfelder recognized all the hard work behind the construction of the plaza, Illinois Bicentennial and the dedication. In addition to the plaza dedication, events were held at several locations throughout Springfield recognizing Constitution Day in Illinois. The restored Governor’s Mansion — adjacent from the plaza — was also open during the day.

The following gallery includes photos from the dedication.
