The Illinois REALTORS® Conference & Expo drew hundreds of members from across the state for continuing education classes, business improvement tips, inspiration and networking at the Gateway Conference Center in Collinsville Wednesday.
Colorado REALTOR® Chandra Hall led the opening session, then followed up with a morning breakout session, “It’s Not the market, it’s your marketing.” Joel Green spoke about “Navigating the Contract.” A buffet lunch was served in the Expo, where 65 vendors met with members to explain valuable services they could provide.
Illinois REALTORS® hosted a podcast with Local Governmental Affairs Director Ron Deedrick and REALTOR® Doug Hartmann, Jr.
The afternoon included the “Marketing and Technology Trends” breakout session by realtor.com and a Core A continuing education course by Lynn Madison, “Fair Housing, Agency, License Law & Escrow Revisited — It’s time for a checkup!”
The day ended with back-to-back networking receptions by realtor.com and by the Illinois Young Professionals Network.
