The National Association of REALTORS® wants members of Congress to approve the “Omnibus Appropriations Bill” as soon as possible to extend key elements of the National Flood Insurance Program until July and make key changes to the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, reported NAR today.

With a stop-gap budget scheduled to expire Friday (March 23), NAR President Elizabeth Mendenhall encouraged Congress to enact the bill quickly. Once approved, the bill is designed to fund the federal government through the end of September. Find out more about benefits of the bill.
