Congratulations to eight members beginning new, three-year terms on the 2023 Illinois REALTORS® Board of Directors, including five newcomers and three who are seeking subsequent terms in office.

The following new directors were installed at the Illinois REALTORS® Fall Business Meetings this week in Oak Brook:

Fernández is the 2022 REALTOR® Association of the Fox Valley President. He was a member of the Illinois REALTORS® 2020 Leadership Development Class, the 2021 Chair of the Illinois REALTORS® Illinois Local Government Independent Expenditures Committee.

LeTourneau has been involved in REALTOR® associations at the local, state and national levels. He’s a member of the NAR Board of Directors and the NAR Commercial Committee. He is the Illinois REALTORS® 2022 Public Policy Forum Chair, was the 2021 chair of the Leadership Development Working Group, was a member of the 2018 Leadership Development Class, and serves as the Consulate General Liaison to Ireland and as a State Legislative Contact. Letourneau is the President of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.

Sue Miller is the designated managing broker of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group in McHenry. She is the 2022 Immediate Past President of Illinois REALTORS®, was its 2017 REALTOR® of the Year and received the 2013 Distinguished Service Award. She is the State Legislative Contact for State Rep. Suzzane Ness and State Sen. Craig Wilcox. An industry trainer, she has served two terms as president of her local association and was twice named its local REALTOR® of the Year. She has served on the NAR Board of Directors and a variety of national committees.

Suzanne Miller is a member of the NAR Board of Directors and the NAR RPAC Major Investor Council, and she served as a C2EX Ambassador. She’s been involved in numerous state committees and was a member of the 2019 Leadership Development Class. She was the 2020 Peoria Area Association REALTOR® of the Year and is a former president of the local association.

Pawlowicz is principal broker-owner of DPG Real Estate in Lisle. She is 2022 president-elect for the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®. On the state level, she’s been involved with numerous committees and working groups during the last decade, including becoming 2022 chair of the Illinois Local Government IE Committee. In 2019, she was a member of the Leadership Development Class. She is also the State Legislative Contact for Sen. Suzy Glowiak-Hilton.

Ryan is the treasurer of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® and has served on numerous state association committees and working groups since 2014. In 2017, he was named to the Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Class. The following year, he became chair of the Public Policy & Government Affairs MIG, and in 2020, he chaired the newly formed Local Government Affairs Committee.

Shaffer was part of the Illinois REALTORS® 2016 Leadership Development Class, and in 2020 he became chairman of the Leadership Development Working Group. In 2022, he became chair of the Local Government Affairs Committee. Today, he serves as the State Legislative Contact for State Sen. Sally Turner. He was the 2020 REALTOR® of the Year for the Mid-Illinois REALTORS® Association, and he was the Mid-Illinois president in 2021.

Sreenan is the president-elect for the NorthWest Illinois Alliance of REALTORS®. She is currently the Region 7 representative on the NAR Insurance Committee and an at-large member of the NAR Federal Disaster Policy Working Group. Her state association involvement includes: 2019 chair of the Ethics Citation Panel, and 2017 chair of Public Policy & Government Affairs MIG. She was a member of the 2014 Leadership Development Class, and she was chair of the 2014 Housing Opportunity Working Group. She is the State Legislative Contact for State Sen. Steve Stadelman. In 2021, then-President Sue Miller honored her with a Presidential Medallion for her leadership during a local association’s merger.
