Nine Illinois REALTORS® have been slated to serve on the association’s board of directors.  

Eight of the terms are for three years. One term will be for two years to replace the position held by Zeke Morris who has been nominated to become association treasurer.

The nine were slated by a nominating committee chaired by former Illinois REALTORS® president Mike Drews. The slate will be presented to the association’s board at its September meeting.  

Those selected to serve three-year terms are:  

  • Teresa Camarato, CRS, GRI, SFS is with Property with TLC in Herrin, Ill. She has served on the board of the Egyptian Board of REALTORS®, and has been a member of the Illinois REALTORS® Professional Standards and Grievance committees.  
  • Gaspar Flores Jr. is with Su Familia Real Estate and served on the board of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. He was president of the Chicago chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. With Illinois REALTORS® he serves on the Business Issues and License Law Forum and the Public Policy and Government Affairs Member Involvement Group.  
  • John LeTourneau, CIPS, CRS, GRI, SRS, is commercial director with Keller Williams Infinity in Naperville. He is a real estate instructor and has served on the Illinois REALTORS® Commercial/Industrial/Investment Committee and the Global Business Council. He was a member of the state association’s Leadership Development Program in 2018. LeTourneau is treasurer-elect with the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® 
  • Max McComb, GRI, is a past president of the Champaign County Association of REALTORS® and is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Realty Associates in Champaign. He is a member of the state association’s Business Issues and License Law Forum, Public Policy and Government Affairs Member Involvement Group and the REALTORS® Political Involvement Working Group. He was a member of the 2014 Leadership Development Class.  
  • Christopher Pezza is with Miller Chicago Real Estate where he is vice president of operations. Pezza is a real estate instructor and has served on the Illinois REALTORS® Commercial/Industrial/Investment Committee and Public Policy and Government Affairs Member Involvement Group. 
  • Debbie Prodehl is eastern region vice president for Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group in Homer Glen. She has served on the NAR and Illinois REALTORS® boards. At the state level she has served on numerous committees including Professional Standards, Leadership Development Working Group, and the Finance Committee. Prodehl is a past president of the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® and a 2017 member of the Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Class.  
  • Ginger Sreenan, ABR, GRI, SRS of Rockford, is with Pioneer Real Estate Services Inc. She has served on the NAR and Illinois REALTORS® board of directors, and was president of the Rockford Area REALTORS®. She has served on numerous committees at the state level, including the Ethics Citation Panel, Illinois Bicentennial Task Force and the Local Government Independent Expenditure Committee. Sreenan was recently named as interim association executive for the REALTOR® Association of Northwestern Illinois.  
  • Rebecca Thomson, ABR, CIPS, is principal with the Thomson Real Estate Group in Chicago. She is a past president of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, and has served on the Illinois REALTORS® board. She’s a regent with REALTOR® University and has served on the NAR board. She’s served on numerous state association committees including the Finance and Strategic Planning committees, and as chair of the RPAC Fundraising Working Group.  

Serving a two-year term is Matt Difanis, ABR, GRI, who is a former Illinois REALTORS® president and is currently immediate past president of the association. Difanis, co-owner of RE/MAX Realty Associates in Champaign, also served as president of the Champaign County Association of REALTORS®. He has served a NAR director, and on many state association committees including the Illinois REALTOR® Bicentennial Task Force, the Ombudsman Committee and the Statewide Independent Expenditure Committee
