Eight Illinois REALTORS® members were recognized during a virtual reception Thursday for reaching the $25,000 milestone for lifetime aggregate investments to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), while one other was honored for reaching the $50,000 mark.
Illinois REALTORS® celebrated the achievements through a Zoom program because of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and the Stay-at-home Executive Order issued by Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker to slow the spread of the virus. The association annually recognizes new inductees in Springfield before they are officially inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Fame in Washington, D.C. Reaching the $25,000 mark are: Deborah Ahrens, Nicholas H. Apostal, Matthew Farrell, Dallas Hancock, Michael Maloof, Mark Massey, Georgia Pierini and Deborah Prodehl. Illinois REALTORS® Senior Vice President of Governmental Affairs Greg St. Aubin achieved the $50,000 mark. Their names will be proudly displayed on the Illinois REALTORS® Hall of Fame Wall at the Illinois REALTORS® headquarters and the national induction ceremony will be scheduled in the future.
Deborah Ahrens was a Sustaining Golden R in 2019. She is a broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Properties in Edwardsville and for Dolan REALTORS® in Union, Mo.
Nicholas H. Apostal was a Sustaining Golden R and a member of the President’s Circle in 2019. He is a broker for Keller Williams Chicago-Lincoln Park and has been a REALTOR® for 18 years.
Matthew Farrell was a Sustaining Golden R and a member of the President’s Circle in 2019. He is a managing partner and the designated managing broker for Urban Real Estate in Chicago.
Dallas Hancock was a Sustaining Crystal R in 2019. She retired after serving as the association executive for the Peoria Area Association of REALTORS® for more than 34 years.
Michael Maloof was a Sterling R in 2019. He is president of Jim Maloof Realty, Inc. in Peoria. He’s a past president of the Peoria Area Association of REALTORS®.
Mark Massey was a Platinum R and a member of President’s Circle in 2019. He is a broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Properties in Edwardsville.
Georgia Pierini was a Sustaining Crystal R in 2019. She is a broker for Baird & Warner Residential Sales in Glenview.
Deborah Prodehl was a Sustaining Golden R and a member of the President’s Circle in 2019. She is the Eastern Region Vice President for Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group of Homer Glen.
Greg St. Aubin was a Sustaining Golden R and a member of the President’s Circle in 2019. He is the senior vice president of governmental affairs for Illinois REALTORS®.
