Members of the Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Class present at the Board of Directors meeting in Lombard.

The presentations were a capstone for the class, which has worked together for months to hone skills which enhance their ability to move into association leadership roles.

The presentations were on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center.

One group focused on ways to increase participation in RPAC investment and reached out to a variety of large and small associations to glean best practices.

A second group looked at the role technology would play in how brokerages would be structured in the future and had suggestions for integrating remote offices into the real estate laws.
