Among the 23 local association REALTORS® of the Year who will be honored April 9 at the 37th Annual REALTOR® of the Year Banquet in Springfield are Thomas Krettler, Brad Krueger and Pat Cesario.

Krettler, a broker with Coldwell Banker Residential in Schaumburg is the REALTOR® of the Year for the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® (MORe). He has served on numerous committees for MORe, Illinois REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. A REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Major Investor, in 2018, he’s the chairperson of the Illinois REALTORS® Political Involvement Working Group and the State Legislative Contact for state Rep. Tom Morrison of the 53rd District. In 2012, he was the MORe president.

Krueger, a broker with Century 21 Advantage in Columbia, is the REALTOR® of the Year for the REALTOR® Association of Southwestern Illinois (RASI). He served as RASI President in 2004 and on RASI’s board of directors for several years. He’s the incoming vice president of Mid-America Regional Information Systems (MARIS), a regional multiple listing service, and he is an RPAC Major Investor. He also helps local communities through volunteer work with service organizations.

Cesario, a broker for Gagliardo Realty Associates LLC in River Forest is the REALTOR® of the Year for the Oak Park Area Association of REALTORS® (OPAAR). He shows his leadership by sharing his time, knowledge and expertise with fellow REALTORS®.

All three will join Illinois REALTOR® of the Year Michael D. Oldenettel of RE/MAX Professionals, Springfield, at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum in Springfield for this special event. A reception begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:15 p.m.
