Foltz is the Champaign County Association of REALTORS® ROTY and is the designated managing broker for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group in Champaign. During her 20-plus years in real estate, she’s served on the CCAR Board of Directors, chaired CCAR’s Governmental Affairs Involvement Group and has been an active volunteer for numerous local charities.

Thomas is the Heartland REALTOR® Organization ROTY and a broker for RE/MAX Plaza in McHenry. She’s served Heartland in many ways during the last 20 years, including terms on its Board of Directors and chair of its Awards & Recognition Committee. Thomas also supports a variety of local causes, including animal shelters.

Ware is the Chicago Association of REALTORS® ROTY and is the designated managing broker of Ware Realty Group in Chicago. Her passion and her dedication to helping others during the last two decades eventually led to leadership positions with CAR, Illinois REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, most recently serving as CAR’s 2022 president and the 2023 NAR Housing Issues Committee Liaison.

Warmbir is the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of REALTORS® ROTY and owns RW Property Services LLC in Clifton. No stranger to responsibility, he is the current president of the Illinois Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute, vice chair of the Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce and was KIFAR’s 2023 president. He donates time to conduct several charity auctions a year.

Local association ROTYs and Gobber, the managing broker and partner of Century 21 Circle in Westchester, will be honored during the banquet at the President Abraham Lincoln DoubleTree Hotel. The reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by the dinner and program at 6:30 p.m.
