The growth of Illinois home prices continued in 2020 with the annual median sales price climbing to $225,000, a 29.4 percent increase since 2015. With a year-over-year increase in 2020 Illinois home sales, the state’s year-end total sales were 10.3 percent more than five years ago, according to the Illinois REALTORS® 2020 Annual Report.
