Illinois REALTORS® officers and staff members are playing leading roles in advancing policy advocacy and sharing best practices at the NAR 2022 Legislative Meetings in National Harbor, Maryland.

Executive officers, staff members and Federal Political Coordinators (FPCs) were instrumental in reinstating the conference for the first time since 2019.

On Wednesday, Illinois REALTORS® Treasurer nominee Tommy Choi urged REALTORS® from around the country to increase their professionalism, use data and help colleagues, even in this competitive market. Choi was part of a residential economic issues and trends forum featuring NAR Chief Economist Dr. Lawrence Yun. Watch the video.

Senior Director of Local Government & External Affairs Gideon Blustein spoke during a residential and commercial property management forum where source of income and other housing availability and affordability topics were discussed. See the video.

Tuesday, Illinois REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Fame members were recognized at a special ceremony. Illinois REALTORS® was also recognized for achieving its fifth consecutive President’s Cup.

Monday, Illinois REALTORS® 2022 President Zeke Morris discussed policy issues with U.S. Sen. Tammy Duckworth.
