With six hourly sessions between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Illinois REALTORS® will offer “Summer School: Agency 101” as a free class during MREDpalooza, June 20 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont.
This hour-long session will focus or re-focus on all aspects of the law of agency in Illinois under the Illinois Real Estate License Act, including agency disclosures, duties to clients and customers and many of the tangential issues that arise as a broker starts the process of client representation. Learn from the best, Illinois REALTORS® Betsy Urbance, Director of Legal Services, and attorney Jeff Baker, Sorling Northrup Attorneys. Registration is open for members and non-members.
