A dozen Illinois REALTORS® members have been selected to participate in the 2024 Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Program.

Class members are scheduled to meet for six modules that will include:
- DEI training,
- association governance,
- general committees,
- conducting effective meetings,
- public policy,
- political involvement,
- Capitol Conference,
- spokesperson media training,
- interview techniques,
- ethics in leadership and
- a final project presentation at Fall Business Meetings.
